Terms of Service

Welcome to LicenciaAI. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use LicenciaAI.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

LicenciaAI is an independent study platform. It is not affiliated with the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) and does not issue driving licenses. Our practice content follows the official DGT curriculum but is not a substitute for practical driving lessons with a licensed driving school.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and currencies are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Pass-or-refund guarantee

Our pass-or-refund offer applies if you (i) hold an active paid subscription, (ii) complete the AI Mastery Program including the required number of mock exams above the readiness threshold, and (iii) submit proof of your failed DGT exam within 30 days. Refund is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which you failed.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish our content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to violate any law, including data protection law.
  • Do not share your account.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, design and trademarks belong to LicenciaAI or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own study.

8. AI-generated content

Some features rely on artificial intelligence to generate explanations or recommendations. While we work to make these accurate, AI can be wrong. Treat AI output as supplementary; for legal or safety questions, consult a qualified driving instructor.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LicenciaAI excludes all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
