LicenciaAI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.
1. Who we are
LicenciaAI is operated by an independent education provider. For any privacy-related question, contact us at privacy@aipuly.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed).
- Learning data: answers, scores, mock exam results, preferred language, target exam date.
- Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, cookies for session management.
- Billing data: when you subscribe, processed by our payment provider — we never store full card details.
3. How we use your data
- To create and operate your account.
- To personalize your study plan using AI analysis of your progress.
- To send you account, support and (where you consented) marketing emails.
- To detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on (a) the contract between you and LicenciaAI, (b) your consent for marketing or optional analytics, (c) our legitimate interest in improving the service, and (d) legal obligations.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with carefully selected processors who help us run the service (hosting, authentication, AI inference, payments). All processors are bound by data protection agreements and EU/EEA adequacy safeguards.
6. International transfers
Some processors may be located outside the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
7. Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. After deletion, we keep limited records for up to 24 months to comply with legal and accounting obligations, then we erase or anonymize the data.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email privacy@aipuly.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
9. Cookies
We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies for session and security, plus optional analytics cookies you can disable in your browser.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls and audit logs. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and don't share your credentials.
11. Children
LicenciaAI is not directed at children under 16. If we discover we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
